The Royal IT-Glow Up & Career Development Workshop

FSENSES GH, in collaboration with the Adehye Hall Junior Common Room Committee (JCRC) at the University of Cape Coast, organized 'The Royal IT-Glow Up & Career Development' workshop to empower female students with practical IT and career development skills. The fully hands-on workshop featured training sessions on CV writing, the use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gamma AI, and Microsoft Word document processing techniques. Participants also benefited from inspiring keynote sessions, interactive discussions, and personalized guidance aimed at preparing them for the professional world and enhancing their digital literacy and career readiness.

Capacity Building and Financial Literacy Workshop

FSENSES GH, in collaboration with the Oguaa Hall Junior Common Room Committee (JCRC), organized a transformative Capacity Building and Financial Literacy Workshop aimed at empowering students with practical professional and financial management skills. The workshop provided hands-on training on CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career management strategies. Participants benefited from expert mentorship, interactive exercises, and practical guidance designed to prepare them for career advancement and financial independence in today’s competitive world.

360° Labour Mobility Program

The 360° Labour Mobility Program is a transformative initiative designed to strengthen employability and prepare young people for safe, legal, and successful participation in global labour markets. Hosted in partnership with the University of Cape Coast, GAaNF e.V., and the 360° Alliance, the program brought together young talents for a dynamic experience focused on networking, interactive learning, and personal development. Key sessions addressed building confidence for global opportunities and effective workplace communication, equipping participants with the mindset and competencies required to thrive in international work environments.

Start Right Conference

Start Right Conference

The Start Right Conference is a student-focused initiative by the University of Cape Coast SRC designed to help students make informed decisions about their academic, career, and personal lives. Built around the theme 'Right Choices, Right Direction, Right Future,' the conference brought together experienced speakers and panel members, including Prof Daniel Agyapong, who shared practical insights on leadership, career development, innovation, health, and student success. The event also featured a special discussion on the 'No Fees Stress Policy,' creating space for meaningful conversations on issues that matter to students. Overall, the conference aimed to inspire, guide, and empower students to start their journey with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Generative AI for Business Development

As part of the Season of Withdrawal Camp 2025 themed 'Kingdom Influence (Acts 10:38)', a breakout session on Generative AI for Career and Business Development was organized to equip participants with practical digital tools for today’s world of work. Facilitated by Professor Daniel Agyapong, the session explored how emerging AI technologies can be responsibly and strategically applied to career growth, entrepreneurship, and business innovation within a faith-driven context.

International Entrepreneurship Course

FSENSES delivered a three-month International Entrepreneurship Course for youth-led SMEs, combining in-person sessions at the University of Cape Coast with virtual Zoom learning. The programme equipped participants with practical business knowledge, digital marketing skills, and confident pitching abilities. With support from AiDiA Africa and GIZ, participants completed the course inspired, better equipped, and ready to scale their businesses.

Free Coding for Kids

Free Coding for Kids

May - July 2025

Launched in January 2025, the Free Coding for Kids initiative by F-SENSES GH aims to empower children aged 12 to 16 with practical digital skills for the future. The first cohort, consisting of seven children (4 girls and 3 boys), completed an intensive 8-week training program from May to July 2025.
